"Helping You Blossom, One Session at a Time"

Hello,

My name is Annie and I want to thank you for stopping by. I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out to a psychotherapist so let’s get right to it!

Would you like to have a safe space where in the presence of another professionally trained human you can heal and learn to blossom?

I will aim to understand you at a depth, which may not have been accessible and will share that understanding with you so you may find healing, freedom, self-compassion and insight.

I will encourage you to actively participate in your own healing by learning coping skills and strategies and reconsidering ways of thinking which may no longer serve you.

I will honor your uniqueness and help you build on strengths you already have such as your support network, your faith or spiritual beliefs, your specific culturally appropriate strategies to name a few.

Let’s talk!

About Annie-Rose Lazarova

Annie began her professional journey in psychology as a counselor on the Suicide Prevention Hotline. Through her work with many people thrown in the depths of depression and unrelenting anxiety she learned that hope is often one appropriate human contact away. That same work sparked her passion for helping people and she enrolled in a Clinical Psychology program at Pepperdine University. Annie’s initial interest took her in the direction of psychodynamic depth psychology and she trained in the approaches of the founders of modern day psychology. In later years she noticed that many benefits could be obtained from more present focused therapies and trained and practiced extensively with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Annie feels that her unique skill lies  in the ability to tailor her therapeutic approach to the needs of her client, meeting them where they are but also taking them to where they aspire to be.
